Session Emails

PhotoBerry Studio sends automated email notifications to both clients and administrators to streamline session management and communication. Below are the different types of emails and their triggers. Email text can be translated under Settings → Translations.


1. Client Invite Emails

Invite - New Client Registration

Sent when a new client registers via an invite link.

Subject: 
Confirm Your Registration for {sessionOrGallery} {title}

Body:
Hi there,

To confirm your registration and access the {sessionOrGallery} "{title}", please click the button below!

This link is valid for 24 hours.

Invite - Existing Client Login

Sent when an invited client already has an account.

Subject: 
Access Your {sessionOrGallery} {title}

Body:
Hi there,

You already have an account with us at this email address. Click the button below to log in and view the {sessionOrGallery} "{title}".

2. Admin Notification Emails

Session Photo Selection Completed (Admin)

Sent when a client submits their photo selections.

Subject: 
Photo Selection Completed for {title}

Body:
Hi there,
We're excited to let you know that {clientEmail} has just submitted their photo selection for the session "{title}".

3. How to Enable or Disable Emails

To manage email notifications, navigate to:
PhotoBerry Studio → Settings → Email Notifications
From here, you can enable or disable different types of email alerts based on your workflow.
