Invite Feature for Seamless Client Access
The Invite feature in PhotoBerry Studio provides an effortless way to grant clients access to their sessions and galleries without requiring manual assignments. This feature is available when access is set to "Private, Require Client Login", allowing photographers to streamline the authentication process for their clients.
How It Works
Once enabled, an invite link is generated, which can be shared with the client. When the client accesses this link, they will see:
- Session or gallery title and description to provide context before logging in.
- A user-friendly registration or login form directly on the invite page. Once logged in, the client is automatically linked to their assigned session or gallery.
Why Use the Invite Feature?
- Simplifies Client Access – Clients can sign up or log in effortlessly without requiring manual setup from the photographer.
- Automatically Assigns Clients – The system handles client assignments in the background, saving time and reducing administrative tasks.
- Improves User Experience – Clients are presented with a seamless, branded access page tailored to their session or gallery.
How to Enable the Invite Feature
- Navigate to PhotoBerry Studio > Sessions (or Galleries).
- Select the session or gallery you want to share.
- In the Sharing tab, set access to "Private, Require Client Login."
- Enable the Invite feature checkbox and click Save.
- A unique Invite link will be generated—copy and share it with your client.
