Notifications in PhotoBerry Studio

PhotoBerry Studio features an integrated notifications system that helps photographers stay updated on important client interactions and session updates. Notifications ensure that you never miss critical actions such as client photo selections and image comments.

Where to Find Notifications

  • Global Notifications – Available on all PhotoBerry Studio admin pages via the alert icon in the top-right corner. This displays the total number of unread notifications.
  • Session-Specific Notifications – When viewing a session, an additional notifications tab appears, allowing you to see only notifications related to that specific session.

Types of Notifications

The system alerts photographers about key actions, including:

  • Client Photo Selections – When a client completes their proofing selection.
  • New Comments – When a client leaves feedback on images.

Managing Notifications

  • Mark as Read – Click on a notification to mark it as read, updating the unread count.
  • Filter Notifications – Switch between:
    • All Notifications (global view)
    • This Session Only (session-specific notifications)
  • Real-Time Alerts – When you are actively working in PhotoBerry Studio, new notifications will appear as floating pop-ups in the bottom-right corner.
