Final Images
In the PhotoBerry Studio session, you can mark images as final, for example, once the client has approved their selections. This feature is part of the proofing workflow and allows to display only the approved, unwatermarked images to clients.
Marking Images as Final
To mark an image as final, follow these steps:
-
Access Session Settings
- In the WordPress dashboard, navigate to the PhotoBerry Studio menu.
- Click on the session where you want to mark images as final.
-
Mark Images as Final
- In the session's Photos tab, you can select which images should be marked as final.
- Once final images have been selected, update the session status to reflect the completion of the proofing process. For the following session statuses, final images will be published for the client to view:
- Completed
- Closed
- Archived
- Final image will be displayed unwatermarked for the client on the frontend.
Final Photos Message
In the session settings, you can add a Final Photos Message that will appear at the top of the final images page. This message provides additional information or instructions for the client.
Displaying Final Images
You can control how final images are displayed on the client-facing page using the Final Photos Page Mode in session settings:
- All photos on the same page: Displays both proofing and final images together.
- All photos on separate pages: Allows clients to switch between proofing images and final images with a button.
- Final photos only: Displays only the final images that were approved by the client.
Final Images and Watermarking
Once an image is marked as final, it will automatically be displayed unwatermarked to the client. This ensures the client receives the high-quality, approved version of the image.
Image Revisions
Managing Revisions: If clients request changes, you can upload new revisions while keeping the previous versions intact. For more details on managing different versions of an image, refer to the Image Revisions guide.
