Private Sharing with Client Login
Private sharing with client login in PhotoBerry Studio ensures that only the designated client(s) can access galleries or sessions. Clients must be logged in to their accounts to view the content, providing an extra layer of security.
How It Works
When Private Sharing with Client Login is enabled, clients will need to log into their account to access the gallery or session. Only clients specifically assigned to the gallery or session will be able to view the content.
Steps to Configure Private Sharing with Client Login

Access Gallery or Session Settings
- Navigate to the
PhotoBerry Studio
menu in your WordPress dashboard. - Select
Galleries
orSessions
, then choose the gallery or session you want to share.
- Navigate to the

Enable Client Login
- In the Sharing tab, go to the Access section.
- Select Private, Require Client Login as the sharing option.

Assign Clients
- In the session or gallery settings, assign the client(s) who will have access. This can be done by selecting the appropriate client(s) from the client list.
- If you are using the Pro version, you can assign multiple clients to the gallery or session (coming soon).

Save Changes
- Click the
Save
button to apply the sharing settings.
- Click the
What Clients See
Clients will be prompted to log in when they attempt to access the gallery or session while logged out. Once logged in, they will have access to all galleries and sessions assigned to them.
Multi-Client Sharing (Pro Version)
In the upcoming Pro version, the system will support multi-client sharing, allowing photographers to assign multiple clients to a session.
