Featured Images
In PhotoBerry Studio, photographers can mark certain images as Featured to highlight them for clients in a gallery. This feature is useful for drawing attention to specific images that the photographer considers key highlights or important selections for the client to review. Since galleries do not include proofing, this feature serves to showcase specific images.
How to Mark an Image as Featured

Access the Gallery
- Navigate to the gallery via the
PhotoBerry Studio
menu.

Mark an Image as Featured
- Hover over an image and click the Star icon to mark it as featured.
- Alternatively, you can click the gear icon to open the Settings sidebar, where you can toggle the option to Set as Featured Image.

Featured Images Highlighted
- Once marked, the image will be highlighted as Featured both in the gallery backend and on the client-facing frontend. This ensures that clients can easily spot the photographer's recommended images.

When a client views the gallery, featured images are visually emphasized with a Star icon. This makes it easier for the client to focus on the images that the photographer has highlighted as important or noteworthy.
Managing Featured Images
- Removing Featured Status: To remove the featured status from an image, simply click the Star icon to unmark the image or access the image settings again and uncheck the Set as Featured Image option.
- Filtering by Featured: In the gallery view, photographers can filter the images by Featured status to quickly review which images have been recommended to the client.
By using the Featured Images feature, photographers can highlight specific images in galleries, providing a more curated experience for their clients.
