Managing Images
Once images are uploaded to a gallery or session in PhotoBerry Studio, photographers can take advantage of the management tools provided to organize, sort, and fine-tune the images.
Managing Images in Galleries and Sessions
Quick Actions for Each Image
After uploading images, hover over an image to access quick action icons:
- Download: Save the original image to your device.
- Mark as Suggested: Use the star icon to mark the image as suggested. This will highlight the image on the frontend for client reference.
- Settings: Open the sidebar to access more in-depth image management options.
- Remove: Click the trash icon to remove the image from the gallery or session.
Sidebar Options
When you click on Settings for an image, a sidebar will appear with the following options:

Edit Title: Change the image's title, which may be visible to clients depending on the gallery or session layout.

Add Internal Note: Provide internal notes on individual images.

Set as Suggested Image: Use this option to mark an image as a suggested pick for client review.

Set as Cover Image: Choose the image to serve as the cover for the gallery or session.

Remove Image: This option allows you to remove an image from the gallery or session.

Comments Tab: Leave feedback and view client comments on specific images.
Organizing Images

Reordering Images (Coming soon in the Pro version):
- You will be able to reorder images by dragging and dropping them into your desired order.

Sorting Images:
- You can sort images based on different criteria, such as upload date or file name. For detailed instructions, refer to the Sorting Images article.

Favoriting Images:
- Clients can mark images as favorites to easily keep track of the ones they like. For more information on this feature, refer to the Favorites article.

Watermarking Images:
- If watermarking is enabled, images will display with a watermark based on the settings in effect at the time of upload. For more details, see Watermarking.
Deleting Images
When a gallery or session is deleted, all associated images are automatically removed from your WordPress hosting server to free up space. This ensures no orphaned images are left behind.
